Simply put, if you don’t have a presence on the internet, your business will not be found by your customers and they will take their business to someone who does. When is the last time you opened up a phone book and looked for a local business in the yellow pages? Has is been a while? Do phone books even exist? When someone is looking for your business, they search the internet. Does your business exist?

Are your employees taking up too much of their valuable time answering simple questions over the phone? Isn’t their time more valuable to you? Your website can be providing your customers with basic information so your employees don’t have to.
